Need Stress Relief Tips
that Really Work?

You've found the right place!

That is just what I set out to do.

Give out lots of great stress relief tips! Share tried and true stress management products! Pass along stress busting techniques that really work!

Maybe save a life. Or a marriage. Or even a single braincell.

I wanted to create a valuable internet resource, chock full of stress relief tips, techniques and tools that could help people read the signs that lead to freedom -- freedom from stress -- and travel there along a direct, fun, and sure footed path.

Why?

Because, I know firsthand that stress kills.

Stress is that phone call that comes one unsuspecting day telling you someone close to you has killed himself because he simply needed to end the stress of living.

That is how I also know firsthand that the signs of stress are impossible to spot when you are oblivious to the importance of seeing them and knowing what to do to alleviate them immediately.

Stress hides behind wide smiles. Stress clinks wine glasses to toast to life when it is really taking it away. Stress goes to parties, masked more cleverly than the devils at Hallowe'en masquerades. Stress disguises itself as a thriving professional personae. Stress walks around in plain sight as any number of illness' and moods. Stress mocks. Stress stalks. Stress kills.

Yet you would probably not even recognize stress if it was right in your face.

I didn't.

At least not that time.

Today I couldn't miss it with my eyes closed. I now know that stress CAN be clearly recognized a long way off. This site will show you how you can identify it as accurately any expert witness. But not by most identifiers you might initially think of as stress.

What is more, this site will show you that stress management is simply a learned skill and not some difficult, lofty or unattainable state. In fact, stress can not only be managed, but relieved and even completely overcome. And far, far more easily than I ever knew!

Who knew?

Stress does not have to be the misunderstood stalker, much less the murderous killer!

I have the knowledge and tools now to defuse stress before it self-detonates, both in others and in myself. And now you do too.

Today I am the one giving out Biofeedback Stress Monitors as caring gifts to friends anticipating lay offs. I am the one plugging my brain into my iPod to charge it with Audio Affirmations, energizing my mind no less than I energize my body with my morning orange juice. I am the one creating a website -- to serve the world as a kind of a stress lighthouse. Or maybe as a stress jail break.

In my own life I am a very busy professional and single mother. Deadlines, heavy responsibilities and working contract-to-contact keep me ever vigilant to spotting early warning signs of my stress response and committed to managing it at its first neurochemcial squirt into my braincells.

I credit good stress management with every rewarding professional and personal success I have achieved, equally so for enabling me through life challenges that I doubted I could survive.

And that is part of the unexpected miracle of stress management -- it works whether you believe it will or not.

And by "works" I mean life feels richer, happier, calmer and more meaningful - all because of stress management.

And you can feel it too. Beginning today.

So, let me start by giving you one of the biggest stress relief tips ever A STRESS-FREE GIFT -- who knows, it might turn out to be the gift of life.

You'll soon discover there is no better joy than using and recommending these tried and true stress relief tips, techniques and tools. I could have created hundreds of pages of stress management alternatives, but I choose instead to give you my short list -- the tools and techniques that are the tried and true ones I use and love.

That's what you'll find here.

With my Sincerest Wishes,
Be Stress Free Forever!
Patricia

PS Got some favorite Stress Relief Tips of your own? I'd love to hear from you! Include whether or not I have permission to add it to the Stress stories section I am building for this site.

Thanks!
