STRESS TIPS FROM INSPIRING LY STRESS FREE PEOPLE

PLUGGING INTO THE POWER OF MENTALLY UPLIFTING THOUGHTS

Stress free people have built in methods for keeping their stress levels under control. One of the ones that everywhere you look is little funny, wise or inspiring stress-buster notes taped on fridges or computer monitors, anywhere they can serve as instant mental reminders that "If you can't fight or flee, flow".

And far from being New Age hokus pokus, science has recently shown that even a single positive, uplifting or inspiring thought can mitigate damaging neurochemical stress responses in our brains.

Jim Rohn, one of the world's most famous motivational speakers, has long sold sumptuous leather bound books of blank pages at his seminars, to encourage everyone to compile a collection of priceless, mentally uplifting thoughts.

One of his favorite stress tips is to read them frequently, especially to start or end your day, or anytime you need an extra mental boost. He adds that his collection of several hundred hand-written volumes of uplifting thoughts written over his lifetime, which he calls "Jim Rohn's Treasury of Quotes", will be the most valuable possession he leaves in his Will.

Here are some favorite stress tips and stress busters to get your treasury started:
